1. Large body swing. There are two common reasons of this failure. Firstly, some components have been worn seriously. On this aspect, we need change new components in time. Secondly, large feeding particle size blocks the impeller flow channel. It asks us to reduce feeding particle size and remove the obstruction.

2. Loose triangular belt causes the oversize product particle size. What we need so is to tension the triangular belt helping it recover working statue.

3. Blocking on the sealed cap of bearing results in the large air resistance. It is better to open the sealing cap and clean the blocking materials.

4. Lack of oil and ingress of dust cause the bearing calorification. We need add oil and make a cleaning to the bearing. If the bearing has been damaged, it is necessary to replace the bearings.
